Arm: Handle Opening And Closing Procedures, Manage Cash Drawers, Balance The Point-Of-Sale (Pos) Register, And Generate Daily Shift Reports.Team Supervision: Conduct Pre-Shift Huddles, Assign Station Roles To Crew Members, Monitor Performance, And Provide Hands-On Coaching.Customer Service: Address Customer Feedback Or Complain. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Hygiene standards, Communication, Guest service, Food & beverage service
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A friendly, well groomed attitude

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly

Salary

Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹31,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
