We Are Looking For Enthusiastic, Customer-Focused, And Energetic Individuals To Join Our Team As Counter Staff. The Role Involves Assisting Customers At The Service Counter, Handling Transactions, Maintaining Product Displays, And Ensuring An Excellent Customer Experience. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with CRM, Presentation, Target achievement, Local market knowledge
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and target-driven

What you get

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

As a Counter Staff, your work will include:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
