Its A Loan Verification Process,In This Job Candidates Have To Ask Some Basic Questions To The Customer And If The Customer Is Eligible Then They Have To Submit The Form On His/Her Behalf, Otherwise They Have To Proceed To The Next Call. No Sales Process Nor A Target Base .5 Days Working Saturday Sunday Fixed Off.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹12,500 – ₹16,500 per month.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Documentation, KYC, Compliance and MS Excel
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
