Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Bengali, Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Bengali, Hindi

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹9,000 – ₹13,000 per month.

• Work location: Tollygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal
• Timings: Morning Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM | Evening Shift: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM | 6 Days a Week (No Saturday/Sunday Off)
