Front Desk Receptionist

Kala Infrastructure is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Thaltej Road, Ahmedabad. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As a Front Desk Receptionist, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
