Kandel Overseas Private Limited is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join its team in Mothrowala, Dehradun. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

We Are Looking For A Motivated Field Sales Executive Who Can Independently Generate Leads And Convert Them Into Sales.Responsibilities: Generate Leads Through Field Visits And Self-Sourcing, Identify And Approach Potential Customers, Explain Solar Products And Services To Customers, Conduct Customer Meetings And Site Visits, Follow Up With Leads And Convert Them Into Sales, Achieve Monthly Sales Targets, Maintain Good Customer Relationships, Handle The Complete Sales Process From Lead Generation To Closing. Experience In Field Sales/Solar Sales Will Be An Advantage.Freshers With Good Communication And Sales Skills Can Also Apply. B2C, B2B

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

As a Field Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
