Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Hindi, Telugu, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu
