The Role Of An Administrative & Planning Officer Is To Ensure Smooth Administration, Effective Planning, And Timely Execution Of Organizational Activities.Key Roles & Responsibilitiesmanage Day-To-Day Administrative Operations And Office Facilities.Prepare And Monitor Annual, Monthly, And Weekly Work Plans.Coordinate With Different Departments To Ensure Timely Completion Of Projects.Maintain Records, Reports, Correspondence, And Documentation.Schedule Meetings, Prepare Agendas, And Record Minutes Of Meetings (Mom).Monitor Project Progress And Follow Up On Action Items.Allocate Resources Efficiently To Improve Productivity.Assist Management In Strategic Planning And Decision-Making.Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Statutory Requirements. Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Marketing, Punjabi and Sales

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

What you get

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
