Billing Assistant

Karan Builders is hiring a Billing Assistant in Hinjewadi, Pune. The pay goes up to ₹60,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Maintaining Gfc Drawings Receipt & Transmittal Register/Record In Soft And Hard Copy, Original Copies Of Jmr, Levels, Pour Cards, Checklists, Client / Consultant Instructions, Contractor Instructions, Memos, Debit Notes, Notices, Mom Etc. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• You will reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Accounts payable, Tally, Bank reconciliation, MS Excel
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, accurate attitude
