Good Command Over English, Excellent Follow-Up Skills. Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Follow-Up And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Email, Calls, Internal Communication, Schedule Meetings, Record Maintenance. Maintain Strict Confidentiality Of Company Information. Ms Office (Word & Excel). More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Record keeping, Basic accounting, Data entry, MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
