Day-to-day work

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Record Management
