The Candidate Should Be Capable Of Managing Staff, Maintaining Attendance Records And Rosters, And Handling Hr-Related Activities. Knowledge And Experience In Hr Processes, Employee Management, And Coordination Skills Are Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Screening, MS Excel, Labour law basics, Recruitment
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and good communicator

What you get

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
