Services And Policies To Address Customer Concerns Effectively, Responding To Customer Inquiries Accurately And On Time, Through Various Channels, Including Phone, Email And Chat. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Outbound | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Outbound, Tamil and Telugu
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
