Sales Consultant

Kaya Health Care Ayurveda is looking for a Sales Consultant to join its team in Dwarka Mor, Delhi. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Outbound, Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
