Generate Leads Through Calls, Site Visits, And References Understand Client Requirements And Suggest Suitable Commercial Properties .Conduct Property Site Visits With Clients .Maintain Regular Follow-Ups With Clients .Achieve Monthly Sales Targets Maintain Client Database And Sales Reports. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Marathi, Real Estate
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• A customer-first, calm under pressure attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
