Executive Assistant

Kd Farms is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Udhna, Surat. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. The team is filling 3 vacancies.

Responsible For Handling Phone Calls, Preparing Data, Organising Files, Data Management, Coordination Between Departments, Meetings Scheduling And Maintain Calander For Founder,Assistant To Founder,Etc. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Data entry, MS Office and Typing

• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
