Kdinvestment is hiring an Office Executive in Udhna, Surat. The pay goes up to ₹12,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary

You will be paid ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Data entry, Typing, Email etiquette
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, detail-oriented attitude
