Field Collection Executive

Kedar Choudhary (Shree Vinayak Management And Consultants) is looking for a Field Collection Executive to join its team in JLN Marg, Jaipur. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Verbal communication, Hindi and English and Active listening
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A polite, calm under pressure attitude
