Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing and Tally
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Tally, Computer
• Basic Excel, Internet Surfing, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• A well spoken, detail-oriented attitude

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
