Kenil Management Services Pvt Ltd is hiring an Executive Assistant in Sachin, Surat. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges & The Role Of An Assistant Director (Ad) On A Film Includes Tracking Daily Progress Against The Filming Production Schedule, Arranging Logisti. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, Basic accounting, Record keeping, Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
