Key Global Consultancy has an opening for a Telecaller based in Sector-52, Chandigarh. 6 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month.

What you get

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Typing speed, CRM tools, Hindi and English
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
