Executive Assistant

KGB Associates is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Hochar, Ranchi. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Data entry, Basic accounting, Record keeping, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, dependable attitude

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
