• Someone proactive and organised

Key responsibilities

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Improve processes and document standard procedures
• Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
• Run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs
• Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹13,500 – ₹16,000 per month.
