We Are Looking For A Responsible And Disciplined Hostel Manager To Oversee The Daily Operations Of Our Student Hostel. The Candidate Will Ensure Student Safety, Maintain Discipline, And Manage Overall Hostel Administration Including Room Allotment, Attendance, Staff Supervision, Cleanliness, And Maintenance. The Role Also Involves Monitoring Food Quality, Handling Emergencies, Maintaining Records, And Coordinating With Parents And Management. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, A Caring Attitude Towards Students, And The Ability To Maintain A Structured And Secure Hostel Environment. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Record Management

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Hostel Manager, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
