Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, Compliance, Financial products and Documentation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, trustworthy attitude

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
