Key Responsibilitiesfranchise Sales: Identify, Pitch, And Onboard New Franchise Partners Across Tier 1/2/3 Cities. Target: 5-8 New Sign-Ups Per Monthlead Generation: Build Pipeline Through Btl Activities, Salon Expos, Digital Leads, Channel Partners, Real Estate Tie-Upsmarket Expansion: Map New Cities, Do Competitor Analysis, Identify High-Footfall. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Lead generation, Target achievement, Presentation and CRM
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and self-motivated

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
