King Sports Management wants to bring on a Human Resource Manager for its Garia Main Road, Kolkata team. You can earn up to ₹50,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, HRMS, MS Excel and Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and good communicator
