Kintegra Plasti Pack LLP is looking for an Import/Export Coordinator to join its team in Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Ro, Kolkata. The pay goes up to ₹28,000/month.

Handle International Shipments, Documentation, And Customs Compliance. Coordinate With Logistics Providers To Ensure Timely Delivery. Monitor Trade Regulations And Manage Cost-Efficient Supply Chain Operations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing, Email etiquette, MS Office and Record keeping
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and detail-oriented

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Compensation

You will be paid ₹16,000 – ₹28,000 per month.
