Key responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Gujarati, Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹17,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
