Kirat Transport Co has an opening for an Hr Manager based in East Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month.

Responsible For Managing The Team, Coordinate With Staff, Scheduling Training For Staff, Helps In Recruitment Decisions, Handling Staff Records. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, MS Excel, Payroll and Recruitment
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, people-oriented attitude
