Key responsibilities

As a Tender Executive, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
