A new Hr Manager role is open at Kisan Fashion Mall, Hyderabad Road, Nizamabad. The pay goes up to ₹70,000/month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Payroll, MS Excel, Labour law basics and Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and organised

Compensation

Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
