Kishor Engineering Works wants to bring on a Back Office for its Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad team. There are 3 open positions. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Word, MS Power Point
• Skills Needed: Email
• An organised, detail-oriented attitude

What you get

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
