Klynzo is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join its team in Dwarka Sector 19, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Hindi and Mutual Funds
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A polite, calm under pressure attitude

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
