We Are Looking For An Organized And Responsible Office Assistant To Handle Billing, Purchase Orders, Quotation Preparation, Bill Entries, Customer Communication, And Day-To-Day Office Coordination. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Day-to-day work

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer and Email
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
