Customer Support Executive

Kolors Healthcare India Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Karkhana, Hyderabad. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹21,000/month.

What you will do

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.

Salary

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹21,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Domestic, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Marketing, Outbound, Sales, Tamil
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
