Job Responsibilities : Handle Front Desk And Welcome Visitors, Candidates, Customers, And Vendors Professionally. Attend Incoming Phone Calls And Direct Them To The Concerned Person Or Department. Maintain Visitor Records. Handle Tickets, And Hotel Bookings As Per Management Requirements. Coordinate Travel Arrangements. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, MS Office, Typing, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and organised
