Korosa International wants to bring on an Assistant Hr Manager for its Changodar, Ahmedabad team. Salary is up to ₹29,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Screening, HRMS, Labour law basics and MS Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and organised

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹29,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
