The Role Involves Hiring The Right Talent, Providing Training And Guidance, Monitoring Team Performance, And Ensuring Targets Are Achieved While Maintaining A Positive And Productive Work Environment.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Skills and qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Negotiation, Target achievement, Local market knowledge, CRM
• Basic English
