What you will do

As a Junior Team Development Manager, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Comfortable with Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Active listening, Complaint handling
