What you get

Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹36,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Recruitment, Labour law basics, HRMS, Payroll
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
