We Are Looking For An Energetic, Polite, And Responsible Hospital Receptionist To Manage Our Front Desk Operations. The Candidate Will Be The First Point Of Contact For Patients And Visitors, Assisting Them With Appointments, Inquiries, And Registration.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Data entry and MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.
