Koustuv Solutions is hiring a Business Development Executive in Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Negotiation, Target achievement, CRM, Customer handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and target-driven

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
