Kraye Solutions wants to bring on an Accounts Executive for its Ramapuram, Chennai team. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month.

Maintain Day-To-Day Accounting Records,Record Purchase And Sales Entries,Prepare Invoices And Payment Vouchers,Handle Petty Cash And Expense Tracking,Assist With Bank Reconciliation.Maintain Bills, Receipts, And Accounting Documents,Support Gst-Related Documentation And Basic Accounting Tasks,Work With Tally And Ms Excel For Daily Accounts. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Tally, Bank reconciliation
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An accurate, numerate attitude
