Greet And Assist Guests/Clients In A Professional Manner. Handle Incoming Calls, Emails, And Inquiries. Manage Front Desk Operations And Visitor Records Coordinate With Internal Departments For Smooth Communication Schedule Appointments And Maintain Calendars Ensure Reception Area Is Clean And Presentable. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Data entry, Record keeping and Basic accounting
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and detail-oriented

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
