Experience In Collections, Recovery, Or Accounts Receivable. Experience Handling Dpd Buckets (E.G., 130, 3160, 6190, 90+ Dpd).Experience In Dra (Debt Recovery Agency) Collections Is Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Compliance, Documentation, KYC, MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An ethical, detail-oriented attitude

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
