- Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
- You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
- Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
- Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
- You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Manage files, documents and office correspondence
