What you will do

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Manage Operations, Ms Power Point, Quotation Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
