Billing Executive

Krishna Motor Agency is looking for a Billing Executive to join its team in Chhavni, Indore. You can earn up to ₹18,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. Maintaining Daily Cash Report And Reconciliation Of Billing Vs Payment.. Also Should Have About Ms Excel. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• You will maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Bank reconciliation, Tally, Accounts payable and MS Excel
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone accurate and numerate
