Customer Contact: Reach Out To Customers With Overdue Accounts Through Telephone, Email, Or Field Visits.Negotiation: Negotiate Repayment Plans And Settlements To Secure Outstanding Payments While Maintaining Positive Customer Relationships.Documentation: Maintain Accurate, Up-To-Date Records Of All Interaction, Payment Arrangements, And Transaction History.Dispute Resolution: Identify And Resolve Discrepancies In Billing, Payment, Or Account Status.Reporting & Compliance: Provide Regular Reports On Collection Activities And Ensure All Actions Comply With Regulatory Guidelines.Field Operations: Conduct On-Site Visits To Customers. What you get

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹12,777 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu
• Basic English
